In Rec has handled Appraisal of Hydro, Thermal & Biomass based power projects for financing, documentation and post sanction monitoring of the projects financed by REC. Prepared DDG guidelines for electrification of remote villages through DDG projects through consultant. In NHPC ( 18 Years) in Design & Engineering division handled Preparation of PFR, FR, DPR including DPR level structural design and estimation of quantities etc.

Mr. Joshi has a total of about 44 years of Experience in Engineering Geology and Geotechnical Engineering. He has 36 years of experience as Engineering Geologist in hydropower projects in Himalayan region and Irrigation projects involving geotechnical investigations for project layout design, dam foundation studies and treatment, slope instability,tunnels, underground and surface powerhouses, geotechnical instrumentation. Construction and post construction stage monitoring of operating power stations. He also has around 8 years of exclusive experience in geotechnical investigation and site appraisal for various irrigation projects in Saurashtra region of Gujarat state.
