Research & Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), a New Delhi based autonomous Policy Research Institute has set up South Asia Group on Energy (SAGE), with eminent former bureaucrats, diplomats, and industry professionals as its Members.  SAGE is chaired by Mr. R.V. Shahi, EIPL's Chairman.
