Recruitment of Graduate Engineers

EIPL, a major Consultancy Company in the Power Sector, is planning urgently to recruit a few talented and qualified Graduate Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronics and Civil discipline with at-least 60% marks in aggregate. In addition, they may possess at least one year experience in areas like Design Engineering/Construction/Project Management/ O&M etc. exclusively in Power Sector.

Job Title : Human Resource Officer

Qualification : MBA(HR)

Experience : At least 3 years’ experience in HR specially in recruitment

Job Detail :

·        Recruitment of staff and experts

·        Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process in various platforms such as website of Company, LinkedIn & recruitment website etc.  

·        Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

·        Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

·        Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

·        Develop training and development programs.

·        Assist in performance management processes.

·        Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

·        Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

·         Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

·        Other HR & Admin works.
