Invitation for EPC Agencies for Small-Scale Solar Power Projects

  • Energy Infratech Private Limited is pleased to invite proposal from experienced EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) agencies for the development of small-scale solar power projects with capacities ranging from 5 MW to 20 MW. We are seeking proposals for the following project categories:

     Project Categories

    1. Projects under State DISCOM Schemes
      • Projects with established Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) under initiatives of State Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOMs).
    2. Joint Venture Captive Power Projects
      • Solar projects developed in partnership with industries under the Joint Venture Captive Power framework.

    Eligibility Criteria

    EPC agencies must meet the following requirements to qualify:

    • Demonstrated expertise in the complete execution of solar EPC projects, including land leasing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and optional Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services.
    • Proven track record of successful implementation of solar power projects with similar capacities.
    • Submission of detailed credentials and evidence of relevant project experience.

     Proposal Submission Requirements

    Interested agencies are requested to submit an indicative proposal containing the following documents:

    • Company Profile: Highlighting experience and expertise in solar EPC projects.
    • Project Portfolio: A list of successfully completed projects, including capacities, commissioning timelines, and key achievements.
    • Execution Strategy: Proposed project execution strategy and indicative timelines.
    • Technical Proposal: A detailed outline of the proposed approach, including technical specifications and design considerations.
    • Commercial Proposal: A tentative indicative price proposal for 10MW Solar Power Project.

     Submission Deadline

    The Proposal must be submitted via email to business@energyinfratech.com by 10th February 2025.
