Mr.Mian holds enriched 35+ years of experience in design & execution of Gates, Penstocks, Hydro Turbines, Rope Drum hoist, Gantry and EOT Crane, Trash rack Cleaning Machine etc. He has been responsible for fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of Barrage and Head Regulator Gates and was fully involved in Progress Monitoring, Supervision/Inspection (including welding and non-destructive testing), Fabrication, Sand Blasting, Painting, Erection, Testing and Commissioning and thereafter Operation and Maintenance of various hydel projects. He brings to EIPL rich experience of work in major hydro PSU, NHPC Ltd.
